Topic: warped tcvs arrived help

who do i contact to have my tcvs replaced??

they were delivered a couple of days ago and are seriously warped and unuseable so i need to send them back and have them replaced with flat ones that will work.

the packaging has no details etc so hope someone here can help

contacted them on the 16th and the 19th and so far no one has even @#$%^# read my questions

if thats your customer service i suggest you pack up as a business right now

never had such a crap service in my life

first ya cant make timecode vinyls that are playable then you ignore all contact when i complain

if i dnt have an answer within the next 24 hours ill take my complaint to a higher authority and will also stop recomending virtual to anyone in the future

im sorry they havent replied , im sure they are investigating it

it can take a couple of days , it is almost unheard of to recive warped records .
 
these are beyond useable thats how bad they are

looks like they were handled seconds after pressing as theres a dent in 1 like a fingerprint

if I am not mistaken, I thought vdj only ships vinyl to registered users? That way this stops people from benefiting from using cracked software??
 
currently no , any one can buy to my understanding this topic has now been solved at support
 
still waiting for replys about these

has to be the worlds worst customer service
