Topic: best mixer for video and music?

something that can control my videos with the fader, in sync with the music playing.

This could be done with a mixer that has a midi interface. Examples: Pioneer djm800 or the Ecler Nuo4. You will have to map the crossfader of the mixer to the video crossfader in VDJ. For the Nuo4 there is already a mapping file available.
