Sony Vaio ROCKS... .

And is for example used by the international House DJ star Dennis Ferrer with VirtualDJ ;)

And that beast you found will work great;) dual core, giga ram.

Not the best video card, but can mix video on a Vista system

For Vista and video use you must add another Gb of ram memory.

True, if you want to use Aero in Vista, you need more ram.

Doesnt cost much to go for 2 giga ram :)

i wont b doing any video mixing do i still need more ram....why????

No need if you arent video mixing :)

But if you are, in VISTA ONLY, the Windows system use a lot of ram for the fancy looking Aero effects.
And your laptop has shared memory with the system as graphic card memory.

So what Alf is saying, is that it might not be super fast for video mixing in VDJ, if using Vista:)

but arent doing video mixing ;)

i personaly turned all that off it wastes so much cpu and ram

if you donĀ“t want to put in more RAM in the computer u can just buy a usb stick with 1,2,4 or 8Gb size and use Readyboost in vista, then the usb stick will be working as extra RAM to yer machine
