How spending I they sampling I has downloaded?

I guess he's asking how to play downloaded samples... I'm only guessing
 
download them from the samples page place them in

C:/programfiles/virtualdj/sampler

then on vdj go the the samples tab and load up the one you wish by pressing the arrow symbol on a slot
