Can someone tell me what his does when recording. Will it keep recording but mark the file as Track 1, Track 2, Track 3 ....

It will cut the file everytime U crossfade and make a new track.

but i think it best to record it in single track where u could manually edit it to individual track later in sound forge..Cos everytime u crossfade it make a new track hence cause some unwanted track...example if i play deck a, n i just want to crossfade to deck b for a few sec then back to deck a, it already create 3 track.. but it ur preferences as mine already stated above:)

Okay thanks guys

Looks like I need sound forge

EDIT.. Maybe not £200+ to name tracks. Is there another way to do this.

Create 1 .WAV file but then tell it where the different tracks start?

I don't usually use the crossfader when mixing but might have tried had it done what I wanted
