Yes,
I'm doing it with 1 Sl-1200 MK2 with the gen3 TCV. It works well all you have to do is to switch the control to the other deck once your mix is done and so on.
There is one problem however and I keep asking the VDJ staff to fix it: in single time coded mode, the pitch value reset to zero when you switch the control to the other deck so you always have to keep in mind to bring back your pitch to zero before to switch the control otherwise you get an ugly speed variation when you do the switching. Other then that it is ok. For sure it is more fun to have 2 turntables, but you save space with a single turntable.
