Topic: mixing via cueing?

Allo... Please, after setting cues on my music, is it possible (while DECK1 is playing) to have the have DECK2 start playing simultaneouly at the "last" cue on DECK1? If so, please how?

Also, what is(are) difference between SYNC and BEATLOCK?
