I have one, there is not a lot in it. Only 7 pages long, and with the pictures there is not much left over info.
 
Yeah I have the one that came with the hardware, but not much in it.
 
Thanks guys. I wanted to read up on it and be able to hit the ground running (not that it can be that complicated).
