allen and heath Xone:3D does anyone know if this mixer controler work w/vdj3.4 if so is it better than the hercules mkii

any sugeestion on controlers that are better than the mk11

Not natively, because even V4 has no support for it, it is quite expensive controller. Others you can consider:
Numark Total Control
Vestax VCI-100
XP 10
M-Audio Torq Xponent
