Does Karaoke CDs work with Virtual DJ mac? what is the best place on the web to get those Karaoke CDs? What is the process to rip those Karaoke CDs into my external Hardrives?

yes they will work with vdj mac , the process will mostly be the same as on windows so if you read the faqs in general forum they should help

i personaly do not use KJ
