I have sent the "http" link to friend, they are still unable to hear my mix....what am i doing wrong?
please help !

nice 1 sky, that doesn't really answer my question though mate, all i asked was how come when i told my mate the http address which VDJ gave me he was unable to view the broadcast....does he have to be a member of VDJ to listen?

do you have a router?

have you dissabled the firewall on the needed ports?

not sure.....i know when i type it into my own web browser i get the message "save file"
where abouts are the ports mentioned then i'll look and see whether i have firewall disabled, as you probably already guessed i am no computer genius ! lol

how do you connect to the net usb modem or a wireless box?

I think I have sorted out the firewall settings now, I will try and broadcast again !

Just one more quick question...What should I broadcast using "Shoutcast" or"Mp3" ?
