Hi,
I placed an order in late January and have yet to receive my order.
The last I heard was that an "Analyst" was looking into it for me but i`ve heard nothing since, this was 2 months ago now. I`m thinking about contacting my credit card company to arrange a charge back but my son-in-law really wants the item concerned so i`m holdiing off for as long as possible. I live in England by the way and would greatly appreciate any advice anyone can give as we are getting pretty desperate. Please email me at: --@--.--.
