i really can't burn/rip the timecoded cd. i keeon receiving error messages...........PLEASE HELP!!!

Just right click on this: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/VDJTimeCode.mp3
and choose "Save As" and burn like Audio Cd (should be 12 minutes long) and that's it.
