Anyone else experiece horrible sound quality when using the bypass mode on the MK2 to play regular CDs? Is there a way to improve the settings so it sounds clear or are the Y-splitters the only good way to bypass TCCDs and play regular cds?

It has to do with the input volume. I am sure someone else will chime in here. Your best bet is to not use regular cd players through the MK2 and use an external mixer. Correct me if I am wrong.

Well, Cd players have high output, but you can lower Input volume of MK2, I think.
