Hi all,
I am new to this forum and would like to know if anyone has any tip/tricks to optimize the use of timecoded vinyl with the Hercules DJ MK2 Console. I am trying to decrease the latency as much as possible, without compromising sound quality. I am trying to use Virtual Dj along with the MK2 Console as a scratch/battle/hip-hop DJ. So far the biggest problem I have came across is I noticed that there is a noticable background noise present when I use the timecoded vinyl, it's faint when music is playing, but is still there especially between my scratches. It sounds like a digital signal. Are there any recommendations to reduce or eliminate this noise. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have upgraded to Virtual DJ version 4.1 and am using the asio sound card in the Hercules DJ MK2 Console.
