I was just playing with Siglos karaoke player/recorder and it has a very neat feature..
The software give you the option to of having a slide show behind the words the singer sees..
It’s not like a video effect, it actually removes the back ground of the karaoke song your playing black, white, blue what ever and replaces it with a slideshow, any slideshow..
The quality is excellent..
This would make a neat Effect for us karaoke user…

My CAVS unit was able to do that and it was pretty cool, I was usin the milkdrop behind the words and also used the ambients on the Promo Only DVDs.
