Topic: Urgent, Please help me

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've just bought a new notebook from Dell..I have installed VDJ 3.4 it worked fine for a day...next day I've tried to open the program to do my settings (I have DAC3 + gigaport sound card) it would not open.
It is giving me an error note "virtualdj.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"
I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled....same problem.
Please help me what should I do next.
PS: on my notebook I just have windows XP professional-nothing else. I will only use this PC for VDJ/music program
