Topic: BCD2000 Mapper Problem

Hopefully somebody can help, I am using VDJ 4.3PC with BCD2000 and the BCD2000 Mapper v2.1. It has worked perfectly until today, when for some unknown reason the mapper has stopped working completely. It is still showing in the effects > external devices section, the master level 50% button works but nothing on the BCD2000, all the buttons have reverted to the previous, default setup. I have tried a reinstall of VDJ and the mapper, but neither has helped.
