i'll try and help until someone with more technical ability comes on line, i have a lappy with n/v go 6100 and it works a treat, before you attempt anything make sure all necessary cables are hooked up before you switch on, when you open up go to nvidia settings make sure you have it set at dual mode, then on opening vdj go into configuration open up video tab, near the top it says tv output, left click the drop down window and chose nvidia, close configuration and hopefully if i got it right you should have a picture on your screens, if i did'nt your on your own lol, sorry if it did'nt just be patient someone with more experience will be along in a while...Tayla

Hi Tayla,

Thanks you the reply. I have done all of this. The computer is booted in Dual/Span monitor mode but when I start VDJ the video card's TV output does not come up. I have reinstalled the driver and VDJ. Still no luck.

pps have you tried in

video output

activate - tick
use hardware acceleration - tick

in options

linked crossfaders - tick
activate on load - tick

How can I tell if I am in fact running the VDJ Pro? If I have been given the Home edition then the Tv output is not available on that version and that would be my problem. Othe than that I have tried everything under the sun, my next move will be to do a full reinstall of XP etc. Any would be appeciated.

Hi Zanzibartt,

Looks like you've got a problem here that there isn't an easy answer to. I'm sure lots of people have read the thread. I know I've been around here for over a year and I can't remember anybody having this problem.

If you go to here you can get in touch with the service department i think.

Good luck. :)

Hi All,

Thanks to the couple people that were able to help. I finally got it working. It took a complete reinstall of the operating system, drivers & VDJ. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else it is a real pain in the butt.
