Topic: Minimum Hardware Requirments

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm at work right now, so I can't download it. I current have an I-Book G4 @ 1.33 ghz with 1 gig RAM.
Will this run smoothly? What are the minimum requirments? Any Beta testers have the same Mac? Are they now allowed to give some insite on it?

And where is the Mac Ambassador? I don't think he knows yet. lol

I asked for the minimum requirements too...

Think we have to wait a pair of days since all this is more calmed, LOL :)

yes, true.

and that's easy, 'cos we're PRO user and we can download the MAC version without aditional costs.

So far from what im seeing on here, users with a g4 1.8 ghz or less are not to impressed. This is isn't good :-/ .. might have to get a mac book pro.

seems to run fine on my MAC.. execpt the font problems... here are my Specs

15.4" Macbook Pro
OSX 10.4.9
2.16Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB 667 DDR 2

Tascam Us-224 Audio / USB Control

Seems to fun fine for me :) but then again. when you drop 2900(CDN) into a laptop you would expect it to run everything.

BTW, i also work with Protools and am in the middle of getting my Digidesign Mbox 2 working with it. Hopefully, cause that woudl just ROCK

Runs Excelent on mine, same with the Font problems which are being worked on. If you know a lot about Mac software or you have friends that know a lot about Mac software, feel free to give some ideas on correcting some issues..

I have an I-Book G4 @ 1.33 Mhz with 1 gig RAM <=== WOULDN'T RECOMMEND FOR VIDEO MIXING THOUGH WITH MY SPECS.

Other than the font problem. The vt dj mac seems to work fine on my mabook 1gb pcu 2.o ghz. I am so far very impress. VT DJ seems to be a bit more stable on that platform.
