Topic: Maya 44 usb working with vista...

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi all,

just in case anybody was wondering, vista seems to work with the maya 44 usb, provided that you use the asio4all driver.

www.asio4all.com

i kept getting errors when I tried to install the maya drivers (but they are meant for xp!)

Haven't tested it properly yet, or tried it with timecodes, but so far seems to work fine!

:)

Cool, but just incase anybody's interested, I managed to get the windows xp drivers to work on vista as well, incase you feel more comfortable using the ones that came with the hardware

As far as I can tell, you can only get to the control panel through virtual dj. There's not a stand alone application any more (That i can find anyway!)

In virtual DJ, just click "config", go to sound setup, select maya 44 usb ASIO driver, then a button appears for asio options i think. Click on that and you get to the control panel.
