Topic: serial number is not being accepted

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I bought Atomixmp3 last night, I recieved the confirmation e mail etc, I'v downloaded the programme but the serial number window just vanishes when I input the serial number, I'v tried all different cases and downloaded the programme a few times but no joy !! my serial number was'nt even recognised when i registered on this site !! what am I doing wrong ? any help would be very appreciated.
