I'm mixing with the last vdj release + MK2. Problem is that noise is introduced each time I'm using the filters. I surely don't hear the noise when cutting quickly but each slow fade introduces a noice.

The Hercules controller is really sensitive to latency.
Try using AUTO for latency in VDJ performance tab.
And turn off Safe Mode.
Also try overclock on AND off (this will be a boost on some PCs and not on others)
