Topic: Put samples through the active deck channel

When in "2 line mixer" mode, put the preview/samples through the active deck so people with 2 line mixers can prelisten to samples. Seem like a simple enough change, and it would help people with 2 line mixers to use samples!

I Aree, and bring the sampler level up. If you play the same sample in a deck, then from the sampler (Evem with the sampler volume up full) the samper is still too quite.
