Recently I've been finding the VDJ website very slow in loading. After I've logged in, it's taking at least 30 seconds to load a page...really frustrating!!!
It's the only website I'm having these issues with, and I'm just wondering if it's got something to do with the masses of information that's held on it.
Would it be possible to archive some of the info to make the site load faster? I appreciate that the archive would still have to be accessible, but surely threads relating to older versions of the software could be archived?

I just want to add that this is NOT a criticism of the site in any shape of form, merely a suggestion to see if it would run faster.
I have a 1.5 cable modem, and, as I pointed out above, I have no issues such as these with any other site.
If it can't be done, fair enough. I'll just need to be patient!!!

Yes it is slow. 30 seconds is pretty good , but for me it sometimes takes over a minute.
I am on dsl and it has never been this slow before. Other sites work fine.
I was just assuming that it was due to high volume of traffic.
