I need to change the font in the Video Effects-Text. where I can locate this line in the skin XML file?

It has nothing to do with the xml file. At the moment you can not change the font of the Vide Text effect. Perhaps in next upadtes. It has been mentioned before, and VDJ Team is aware of this.
