opened 4/1/98 - burned to ground in august 2002 re-opened march 2003... and was STILL voted #1 club in the area even while closed!
country nightclub with ready-made clientelle - military base right next door full of guys who need to blow off steam and get rid of all that extra money they have, and their future girlfriends / ex-wives. add in the people from the surrounding area, and you have enough money and people to keep a club rollin.
mostly country music with some killer dance/hip-hop/r&b/oldies/rock & roll sets during the night.
open til 3am on friday and saturday.
current drink specials: $2 Coronas, $2 Cuervo, $3 Jaeger bombs all night long on wed. & thursday
$3 Jack, $3 Sex on the Beach, $3 jaeger bombs all night long friday and sat.
$500 wet t-shirt contest and 8-ball pool tourney on wed.
Karaoke contest on thursday (drunk rednecks singing karaoke is hilarious - gotta upload some clips to youtube soon!) and 9-ball tourney
friday and sat - $200 ladies sexiest bullride and $1,000 money machine.

VDJ running on a dell dimension 9150 - 3.06ghz, 2gig RAM, nvidia 7900gt, 500g hard drive. (just bought mk2! installing this week)

all sitting over the biggest dance floor in the area
very people friendly dj booth - they can see whats going on and think that VDJ is the coolest thing they have ever seen. they also love the video mixing, many have asked how they can buy it for themselves.

I guess maybe they're putting together some advertising stats, like "X amount of professional Club DJs use this in their work"
Or maybe they're going to start a mailing list to give out new music to professional DJs (probably not, but you never know!)
