i mainly have mpegs
i organize them by genre
i keet other clips(avi, vob, wmv, mp4 etc) in a separate folder
because i tried to avoid them playing with vdj on my old laptop, which couldn't handle them well
right now, i only have a few, but this will change in the near future
my new laptop plays them fine and i'm planning to collect more vob clips
it would be nice to distinguish them inside vdj
especially if you have a lot of duplicated clips(same filenames, different extension)
helps you organizing them

if you drag the collouns along you should have a collumn called file info with the location
should be like C:/music/a.mp3
that should help :)

the colomns i can see, after dragging, are
artist, title, bpm, length, comment, disk & path
that's is :-(

sounds like a possible new feature :)
there is basic notification of fileformat by the icon used
