Topic: Problems with Virtual DJ and my Dj Concole

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Well... i tried everything and after 15-20 minutes of playing... the program freezes... i tried to put the priority in higher level this didn't work...

what can i do?

i tried everything...
i have a laptop pc 512MB ram and 60 GB Hard disk with an 2.4 Mobile pentium

is there any hints to avoid this freezing problem? sometime the program doeas not freeze but just crashes

First the obvious:

- you are using a legal version of vdj?
- you updated the drivers and firmware of the dj console?
 
If you have a hercules dj console may be that the power from the USB connector is insuficent for the console. I don't know if the hercules dj console works well with a laptop (or in battery low).

If you don't have a DJ console, your operating system is unstable. Problems with DirectX, ect.
 
I had the same issue, but after I installed the latest firmware, everything ran fine.
