I was just wondering if you all had a CD ripper that you could recommend.

I was using the ripper in another dj program, but that program was causing my system way too many errors. I started using AudioGrabber which was great, but I have a lot of remix CDs that I have to manually enter to rip. The problem is that on these compilation mix cds, the artist isn't showing up in VDJ when I rip using AudioGrabber.

Is there a Ripper that you all could recommend that a) can access the online database for info (for store bought CDs) and that will transfer the artist and song name into VDJ for burned compilation CDs?

I use audiograbber myself.......you used to be able to make that work even with some cheap consumer music software......i'm guessing that the culprit is DRM........anyway i amsorry to say i know of no solution for compilation discs.......

you can type in the info yourself.....it can be tedious no doubt.

Been using CD-DA extractor for years. Awesome software, and uses the best encoders/decoders.
