I am having a problem with my output volume being to low. The manual said there is a volume control in the control panel but there is no icon in my system tray and when i click start/programs/hercules there is nothing . Does anyone know how to correct this ?

go to windows control pannel
there is an mk2 option screen here :)
you will see two sliders one per channel
move them up

I don't own the unit, but like skyfxl said, check control panel, and it must be in the settings or preferences of the program for the unit.
If not, try Start, control panel,sounds speech and audio devices and it should be in there.
Again, I don't have the unit, but skyfxl probably has it right.

you should find on the advanced tab of the mk2 settings
show in try :)

it should be click on start =all programs look for hercules=dj console mk2=click on dj console mk2 emblom
the controll panell should now come up or there should be a little dj emblem in your icon tray just click then the controll panel should pop up
make sure the mk2 is conected to the computer when doing so
