Topic: Direct x Sound driver error

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Can anybody please help me with this error that pops up every time I start the program,every thing else seems to be working fine.Also please inform me how to set up the headphone ,I have already installed another sound card and both are working fine

Download the latest directx that is since august (directx 9.0c ), regards.

something is going on with the soundcards thats why you keep getting that error, did u have a usb card before? also maybe it isnt finding one of them that was setup to work with the software

You can also try to reinstall your audio drivers or get a new ones.
