One feature of Virtual DJ that I love is the waveform display that gives you a graphic representation of the audio before and after you hear it. Lots of other DJ software does this now, and one new product by M-Audio, Synchroscience Torq, has an upside down waveform display for one of the tracks.
Although it might seem a little weird, it actually looks really effective... it allows you to have the waveforms overlap and you can still see each one much better than you otherwise would. Since the peaks can just overlap a bit, it's really easy to see when your beats are lined up too.
Is would be great to make a waveform display upside down in a skin.

Not a bad solution at all. That would be cool to work with.
