I don't think that would work, with the beta testers (VIP and above) we've got, it can already be hard at times to stick with the format, if all users could beta test and provide feedback it would just be a big almighty thread of "I want I want", else it would of been a good idea.

You do realize that 4.0 will cost more after release.
