You'll need some actionscript for that, and also being able to do some graphics. You'll find useful www.flashkit.com
It has tutorials, free movies, sound fx, etc. All with source .fla files for you to download and see how they are done.
It helped me lots when learning flash some years ago. it will help you too i guess.
