Topic: Corrupt Internal Database Error Message?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Each time I open the application I get a message that my internal database is corrupt? The application still plays fine? I was wondering how I can fix this?

look in the XML code

Particulary the start tags and the end tags

See if they are correct.

all tags have this logic : <tag> value or text </tag>

So, you might be missing an end tag...

 
Where can I find the XML code?
 
in your virtualdj folder ..inside the program files folder..it's called database.xml (if u can see your extensions if not then just database) right click it and hit open with ...then choose notepad

the end tag and start tag of every song...look above and see norways post for a little more info on that
or simple the beggining of a line should have this < the end should have this /> or just send me ur xml file through msn messenger n ill look at it real quick
