Set your VDJ in the picture mode and use the buttons for by-pass on your MK2 or maybe the by-pass commands via shorcut or via my skin http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/skin.html?id=1612
I don't have the time code and I'm not sure about the correct setup.

cioce is right, to bypass just use the button on the Mk2, it is labelled Audio Source. Personally I prefer to use the bottom option for timecode but this is strictly cosmetic, performance should be the same.
