you have to edit the font size in the xml skin file. but u can do whatever u want to the skin and font

Look for the Browser section in the xml skin file and change it to what you want. I think you'll find that if you put the font any larger than 17 it will mess up the sml file.
You probably kinow this, but to edit the xml file you probably need to copy it to your desktop, open in notepad, edit the file, then replace the xml file in the skin folder. Should be OK then.
