This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I want to produce a mix cd but need some decent burning/editing software that doesnt leave stupid gaps in between tracks. Any recommendations?

have u tried nero pro?, aslo the gaps can be caused by not crosfading tracts try putting some of the next track at the end of each track , and the last track at the start of the next one. ,

aslo , u need a music licence lol , if u intend to sell or publish it.

You could record you playing into ONE MP3 file in VDJ... just a suggestion but I don't have the home edition.

try nero, make an audio compilation, select all the tracks on the left, right mouse button & chose properties, go to the pause item & change the 2 seconds in 0

You also must record your CD as Disc-At-Once for there to be no gaps.

Steinberg's Wavelab works like a charm :) but costly
