Topic: Time Remaining

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi,
Don't mean to flood this forum with loads of newbie questions!
Anyway, I've just loaded two tunes into VDJ.
The track lengths are 6:19 and 8:21.
When I'm right at the start of the track however, it says time remaining 5:59 and 8:03.
When the 1st tune ends it says time remaining -20 and the 2nd says -18.
How can this be? Surely at the very end of the track time remaining should always be 0secs?
Thanks

before you think it's the encoding try to do a full anaylise of the songs (not techno/hiphop) if it still does it then transcode them

Would the que points from analying cause the track length to be shorter. I will have to look at it. I know that on some songs it might intro 1/3 of the way in. Something worth looking at.
