I download a lot of music, and of course they are all different volumes, on atomix mp3, u could adjust the volume to match perfectly to the previous track, on virtualdj all i see is a plain volume bar. Is there anyway of perfectly matching volume at all?

Look harder! ;-) There´s a gain knob you can use to make such adjustments. You can also acitvate "Auto Gain" feature to have VDJ make mostly accurate adjustments automagically.
