Total Keyboard shortcuts, not just the basic functions and a few extra; for those who can't afford a external control of the software, that will be a great alternative (specially for the video mixing).
Video, more options for the video output, enable or disable VirtualDJ logo witout having to open "RegEdit". And I totally agreed with some other users, more transitions will defeneatly rock live video mixing; and not just be limited to a few transitions.

youre requesting some new functionality, but it is quite hard to get it from the text. A bullet list would be more helpful. Otherwise the dev team may overlook it.
For the keyboard shortcuts: What would you like to add, because almost everything could be controlled by keyboard already.
For transitions: You could create them yourself, if you got some programming skills
