Topic: Beginner question... way to "lock" virtual turntables together?

I'm curious if VirtualDJ or another program has a function that will "lock" both turntables together, even if I was to scratch or loop one of the sides. In other words, instead of the turntables being independent of one another..is there a function that would make effects take place on both of them (keeping the two songs running in the exact same position relative to each other thoughout the entire time)

Is this possible?

It is possible at least for all actions that you can map.
Just map the same key for looping both the left and the right deck, and do the same for all actions you want to.

But scratching is impossible to map..

Well if you had timecode vinyl, you could split the timecode cable into two and control both decks with one signal (or select the same line-in in the software for both decks - don't know if that's still possible in new versions), making scratch and pitch of both decks simultaneously controlled with one (external) turntable.

I don't see any useful purpose in this though.

Regards.
