why dose it take so long to get any kind of answer from this comp? I paid for this program and i cant even down load it into my laptop that i just bought. im glad i didnt buy other things from this web page.

If you bought this program, then check the mail account you used for purchase, be sure it didn't go to any junk mail folder (like the one Hotmail has), next, if there's no mail contact here.
