This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Whenever my OS or VDJ tries to access a network (internet or home) it locks up if it can't connect, or if it connects and drops out (wireless). If it connects and remains connected, it's fine. I've gone in and turned everything off (updates etc.) and it fixes the issue, but why does it cause it to freeze?

P4 3.0GHz
1Gig RAM
2 - 320 Gig SATA HD
Nvidia GeForce 5500
VDJ 3.3
