Hi!
I'm a "djconsoller", and I have problems with some plugins.
Specifically, with the backspin. Often, when I click on this effect VDJ crash. And also, when I use 2 effect simultaneously, backspin included, the software crash.
What can I do ?

I've already update hercules firmware and vdj software to 1.09 version!
 
I am at Taiwan, I want to purchase, Hercules DJConsole,Please help me, should how to buys
