I once had problems with directx 9.0c and was told I had to format my hard drive to fix the problem because the lastest version SDK update was not installing on my computer. But i proved them wrong,if u have any direct x problem it is because of SP [service pack] Now Microsoft tells u once u install service pack to it cant be removed from the computer , once agian I proved them wrong.[important] to remove the service package u first have to go to folder options to make windows show hidden files ,then u go to the windows folder in hard drive C directory ,and there u will see the faded folder marked SP u gointo the folder and uninstall service pack 2 from there.
After u have in uninstalled the SP 2 install the latest directx 9.0c abd u are in the game.
this is to help u guys out because i found this buy my self and I am not a coputer wiz

Latest Virtual Dj should work fine with Xp SP2, and you have update on Microsoft site for Direct X 9.0c December patch! If doesn't, some of your drivers is troubling you, get the latest!
