Wow, I have waiting for that manual since I bought VDJ 3. This post seems to be in error because the website http://www.virtualdj.com/support/manual/ still has this in the VDJ3 section:
Virtual DJ 3:
English (coming soon)

It has been months, yet no ENGLISH manual!

Are you kidding ? Manual is available on this page for a while! Maybe clean your browser cache...

Not only has it been available for a while but it's included in the installation package of 3.4!

it is included so maybe just go take a look in your virtualdj program folder
