Topic: Can you use headphones to cue in with virtual dj?

hey all...

i am relatively new to this program, i love it, i just ask one question? can you use the headphones to listen to the next osng before it is played?

it would not be much of a dj program, if you could not..

You need 2x out to prelisten...

This can be done in many ways:
- using 2 channels out in a 4.1/5.1 soundcard
- using two different soundcards
- usine one soundcard with a stereo splitter (will give mono for master and prelisten)

Yeah,

Norway is right, you need two soundcards if you are using a laptop to mix. The second soundcard serves as the master of what the crowd is listening to while the main laptop card servesas the cue, etc.... You plug your speakers to the second soundcard output and the headphones to the laptop output, then pick the two soundcard option in Virtual Dj full version settings. You need the full licensed version of the program to make this work.
