Please can somebody change the size of this skin to fit my laptop as its too big for me to use, and i dont know where to start.

or even 1024x768 i have to scroll the screen from side to side, but i really like this skin

Have you adjusted your display setting on your laptop?
Using the control panel, go to display, then settings.
You should be able to adjust the display to fit.
